Welcome to Youskilled Home Personal Training Studio

Members receive 60-minute personalized training sessions with a frequency mutually agreed upon during onboarding.

We prioritize a seamless personal training experience. To ensure uninterrupted access to our services we operate on a pre-paid package system. "Investing in your personalized training is an investment in your health and well-being."

All session bookings must be made through the dedicated Youskilled Home Admin.

Members are expected to arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled session. Non-attendance within 20 minutes will be considered a no-show, and the session will be counted as used.

This policy applies only on the same day as your scheduled session. To reschedule, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance. If you reschedule for another day, the scheduled session today will be counted as used.

Members can cancel sessions by informing the Youskilled Home Admin at least 24 hours to a minimum of 7 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as used sessions.

Purchased monthly session packages are valid for a maximum of 60 days from the date of purchase. For longer session packages, monthly reminders will be sent to encourage package utilization. Failure to respond within the period may result in package forfeiture without a refund.

Active package session holders will guarantee priority booking for personal training sessions. This ensures optional schedule flexibility and allows you to maintain consistency in your fitness journey. Clients without active packages will have access to remaining scheduling slots, but securing a preferred schedule will not be guaranteed.

If you need to travel, you can pause your session package for up to 30 days. This pause can be taken either in one continuous period or multiple segments, up to 30 days per purchase package. Members must notify any of Youskilled Home Admin in advance to activate the pause on their session package.

Youskilled Home Admin will not reserve and hold a specific schedule, and weekly bookings may be subject to change. We reserve the right to make schedule adjustments due to coach availability. While efforts will be made to accommodate preferred schedules, members understanding, and flexibility are appreciated.

Both partners must participate in shared-experience training sessions. In case of one partner's unavoidable absence, the attending partner may request to:

Refunds will only be provided if you are dissatisfied after completing the first session of the program. The request for a refund must be made within 24 hours of completing the first session. If there's more than two sessions utilized from the package, refunds will not be provided. Instead, the remaining sessions can be transferred to another individual or utilized at a later date subject to schedule availability.

We understand the importance of maintaining your privacy. All client information, including health history, fitness goals, and session details is kept strictly confidential. This information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel within our team who are directly involved in your training program. We are committed to protecting your personal information and adhering to all applicable privacy laws.

Youskilled Home assumes no liability for any injuries or damages sustained during training sessions. Services provided by Youskilled Home are limited to personal training and do not constitute medical advice. Members are advised to consult their physician before undertaking any new exercise program.

These terms are subject to change. Youskilled Home will provide reasonable notice of any changes via email or through the Youskilled Home Admin.
